How to Shop?

Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on Shopeness. You can shop on Shopeness through our website or Shopeness mobile app.  Download the app through Google Playstore or App Store. Once verified, browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favorite products.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash on delivery or pay through our affiliated payment channels such as online banking and payment merchants.

What are my delivery options?

Customers can choose their courier with the following options including Deliv.PH and more. Please note that time of delivery may vary per transaction. Contact us for more info.

When will I receive my order?

Merchants should strive to prepare the orders within 15 minutes for food delivery and 2-3 business days for other items. This will ensure prompt delivery to our customers.

What do I do if I have received a defective order?
